With
over 20 years as an innovative change agent, Bill began his career in a skunkworks
operation for Citicorp’s Western
Hemisphere Management Group, creating a new national banking concept. He as
since helped companies such as Marriott, Ralston Purina, Toys ‘R Us,
Chase Manhattan Bank, Domino’s, Southwestern Bell, numerous advertising
agencies and other organizations break into new business strategies and service
concepts.
Recently, Bill has enjoyed the privilege of guiding cultural leadership and
strategic programs for Eastman Kodak, Merial Pharmaceuticals, Johnson &
Johnson and America Insurance Agency, Inc.
A current Fellow with the Gallup International Institute, Bill earned his
BA from Princeton University in Classics, and an MBA from Northwestern University,
where he founded the Special K Revue to provide students with a unique opportunity
to explore their own creative passions.
