Curt
has impacted organizations with his wit and strategic insights for over 25 years.
A communications instructor, Curt also leverages a keen business sense to help
numerous institutions implement effective training and sales innovations. He
was instrumental in the success of the Citicorp Western Hemisphere Management
Group, the NY State Citibank operation and Rochester Community Savings Bank
– enabling a regional bank to flourish against NY City super banks.
Recently,
Curt has developed breakthrough strategies for many firms facing deregulation,
marketing and sales challenges, including Aid Association for Lutherans (the
world’s 19th largest insurance agency), Mid-American Energy and Quest
Educational Services. He recently created Endpoint Business Solutions to address
specific customer loyalty issues.
A
Gallup International Institute Fellow, Curt earned bachelor and masters degrees
from Eastern Illinois University and Northwestern University.
