The freedom to achieve what really matters |
Why
it's needed |
Perhaps
up to 75% have
greater potential to contribute
The
percentages are startling: a recent Gallup study discovered that, on average,
only 26% – just one-fourth – of all employees are actively helping
the organization progress, while 55% are contributing at a minimum level and
19% – nearly one in five – have the potential to disrupt the organization
(especially to pull down many of the minimum level participants).
Too many have lost the passion that they brought when they were hired and
the impact on ROI is obvious. However, this passion can be renewed by attention,
sensitivity, and integrity to the things that really matter to both the organization
and to the customer.
